David Bourget, Director

David has co-directed and been technical lead of PhilPapers since its beginnings at the Australian National University in 2008. He has also designed and led PhilEvents, PhilJobs, and other CDP projects.

David holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Laval University in Quebec, Canada, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Australian National University. David is assistant professor in the department of philosophy at Western.

David Chalmers, Associate Director

David is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy and director of the Centre for Consciousness at ANU, and Professor of Philosophy and co-director of the Center for Mind, Brain, and Consciousness at NYU. He is co-director of PhilPapers and has been centrally involved in the design and management of all Phil* projects.

Anthony is Professor of Philosophy, Chair of the Department of Philosophy and Religion, and Director of the Digital Humanities Laboratory at the University of Evansville. He works in the philosophy of information, cognitive science and artificial intelligence, as well as the history of philosophy and meta-ethics.

Cameron Buckner, University of Houston

Cameron received a PhD in Philosophy from Indiana University in 2011. His work in the philosophy of mind and cognitive science focuses on the relationship between learning and meaning. He is also a founding project member of the Indiana Philosophy Ontology project.

Andrew Cullison, SUNY at Fredonia

Andrew is Associate Professor in the Philosophy Department at State University of New York at Fredonia. He works in epistemology, ethics, metaphysics and the philosophy of language. Andrew is the creator of Sympoze, a web service for crowd-sourcing peer-review creating open-access publications. He also maintains a service that collects and stores surveys about philosophical journals.

Alex is a postdoc at Institute for History and Philosophy of Science and Technology, University of Paris 1 (Sorbonne). He is the creator of Philosopher's Pipe, a website which aggregates philosophy podcasts from many disparate sources and categorizes them by area.

Angela Mendelovici, Western

Angela is an assistant professor in the department of philosophy at Western and the author of PhilGames, a Facebook game that was all the rage among philosophers in 2011.

Wolfgang has collaborated with David Bourget and David Chalmers since the beginnings of PhilPapers at ANU. He developed the personal page indexing system used by PhilPapers and related components, including a citation parser.

Jonathan Weisberg, University of Toronto

Jonathan is Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Toronto. He works in epistemology and decision theory. Jonathan is the creator of Phi2Phi, a social networking app for philosophers, as well as AutomaTeX, an app that allows you to access your home LaTeX installation from anywhere with an internet connection.
